Returns & Refunds Topic to Topic does not offer returns, refunds, or warranties at this time. All sales are final. By purchasing, you acknowledge that buyer’s remorse, item misuse, or minor imperfections are not eligible for refunds.
However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We self-insure all packages and will work with you to make it right.
A package is considered lost in transit if not delivered within 30 business days (domestic) or 60 days (international).
Order cancellations are accepted before the item ships. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days.
