Shipping Info
I currently use USPS as our primary shipping carrier. For International shipments, I can use DHL upon request. Customers can select their preferred shipping method during checkout. By default, I will choose the lowest-cost option based on the specific needs of the ordered items.
I use Priority Mail® service, which includes tracking and delivery in 1-3 business days within the USA. Check delivery time estimates on the Priority Mail Delivery Map, and priority mail offers delivery confirmation confirming that your parcel was delivered.
DHL Parcel International Standard, upon request, provides shipping of parcels to over 220 countries. Transit Times: Europe and Canada: 4 - 8 business days. Rest of World: 8 - 14 business days. I typically ship out orders within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. It may take longer to prepare some shipments, particularly ones involving larger or more fragile items. I can often get orders placed before 1:00 pm USA eastern standard time shipped the same day.

Shipping Insurance
I take great pride in packaging your newly purchased items so that it arrives intact. Still, unfortunately, there are occasionally circumstances beyond my control (packages run over by a mail truck, dropped or mishandled in transit, etc.) during shipping that the parcel is damaged in transit.
I self-insure all packages for lost or damaged items. I self-insure because it is challenging and time-consuming to get shipping companies (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc) to pay out on insurance claims even when it is their fault. If items arrive damaged, I will need to be contacted within 24 hours of package arrival with photos of the damage.
To consider a package lost in transit and eligible for a refund, I use a 30-business-day timeframe for domestic shipments and 60 days for international. It is common for carriers to "find" missing packages and deliver them late.
