Why Crystals Work — Science, Spirit & the Space Between
What You’ll Need to BeginTo start this journey, you’ll need a physical journal and something you enjoy writing with. While you’re welcome to type notes on a computer, tablet, or phone at times, there will be moments in this course where drawing, sketching, and writing by hand are important — so a paper journal is essential.
You’ll also need one natural quartz crystal to work with throughout the course. It should be as close to its natural state as possible — not polished, not cut, and not lab-grown. Any size is fine. A single-point crystal is ideal, especially one that naturally separated from a cluster, but trust that the right crystal for you will make itself known.
That’s it! A journal. A pen. A crystal.
Everything else unfolds from there.
If you already have quartz points at home — natural ones, not polished, not cut, not shaped — choose from those.
Don’t analyze. Don’t examine. Just place your hand over them, breathe, and allow yourself to be guided toward the one that calls to you. Your crystal will recognize you before you recognize it.
Or… you may choose to purchase a crystal, if you have access to crystal shops near you.
If you do, make sure you’re buying from someone reputable.
Look for a natural quartz point — not cut, not polished, not shaped or altered by human hands.
And make sure it’s a true Earth-grown crystal, not lab-grown or manufactured in any way.
This matters because we’re working with nature’s intelligence here — not a replica of it.
And if you don’t have access — You may prefer to work with a crystal I’ve chosen specifically for you. I will sit in sacred space, align with your energy, and intuitively choose the formation that aligns with your personality, growth, and path.
You’ll find all the links you'll need below.
Before we begin this journey,
I want to tell you something honest and extraordinary:
Crystals don’t work because we pretend they do.
Crystals work because the universe built them in ways that interact with us --
scientifically, energetically, and soulfully.
Let’s start with what we know. Every moment of your life, your body vibrates. Your heart pulses. Your neurons fire in electrical rhythms. Even your bones resonate with measurable frequencies. Physics calls this vibrational energy.
Mystics call it life force, spirit, prana, consciousness. Different words — same phenomenon. Now, crystals vibrate too.
But here’s the difference:
🔹 Your energy changes with emotion, stress, healing, memory, and experience.
🔹 A crystal’s energy does not.
Quartz — the most widely used crystal on Earth — vibrates at a perfectly stable frequency.
So stable, in fact, that we use it to keep time in watches, synchronize computers, guide satellites, and stabilize electrical signals in radios and medical devices.
When a crystal vibrates, its atoms move in a repeating, orderly rhythm called a crystal lattice — nature’s most precise blueprint. Your body recognizes this stability. Your nervous system relaxes. Your field entrains to the crystal’s steadiness.
Not because of superstition — but because of resonance. It's the same reason a tuning fork sets another fork humming.
Your energy responds to order. It remembers how to align.
But crystals carry more than physics.
They are born of ancient pressure, heat, and time — shaped in darkness, infused with sunlight, soaked in minerals, and grown layer by layer over thousands, sometimes millions, of years.
When you hold one, you’re holding:
✨ Earth’s memory
✨ Earth's rhythm
✨ Earth’s oldest form of order
And spiritually, crystals have long been considered mirrors of the soul — structures that amplify intention, stabilize emotion, awaken intuition, and help us remember parts of ourselves that get lost in the noise of everyday life.
So yes… crystals work.
They work scientifically.
They work energetically.
They work symbolically.
And they work because you work — because something inside you recognizes truth when it vibrates steadily in your hand.
